Why I Like working at TechSolvers: At my interview with Tom and Phil, I was struck by their passion for technology and customer services. I had 2 offers at the time, but their enthusiasm was the main reason I chose TechSolvers. I didn't want to be just another fish in a pond, I joined a company where my opinions were valued. In terms of mentoring, Tom and Phil always made themselves available to advise and guide me through a transitional period in my career. They were the type of bosses who were not afraid to get their hands dirty, picking up the phones, jumping into support calls. At TechSolvers, we're all in it together. Over the years, as the company grew in staff count, we added engineers just as enthusiastic about technology as us. I have seen engineers grow exponentially in terms of knowledge/confidence/customer services. For me, it is great to be a part of the TechSolvers family.
