- Maybe you have your own internal IT team, but need a higher level of technical expertise in some areas?
- Your internal team may require assistance with projects or major incidents?
- Your internal team are on holiday or sick?
With the above in mind and being as flexible as possible, TechSolvers offers an adhoc support service, which can be either:
- Block Hour Service – Clients pre-purchase a set number of hours (discounts are offered based on number of hours procured). The hours can be used as and when needed and the hours do not expire
- Onsite Engineer Visits – An agreement to have regular onsite IT Support visits in London (and surrounding areas) is available and the cost is based on the required skill set
